When Quality and Presentation Matter
When I first came to Georgia in 1991, I was excited that I would finally get to try real Southern Cuisine. What I found was a lot of boring, overcooked, renderings of country food. So, we took the time and traveled, finding some amazing culinary history and authentic versions of Southern Food. My style is a bit of a combination of New Orleans, North Carolina, Savannah, and Charleston. We use Farm Fresh Local Ingredients and the results are what you expect Southern Cuisine to be. You'll taste the love passed down from generations of great Southern cooks who shared their secrets. It tastes like home!
If you're like me, you have gone to about every restaurant in Middle Georgia. Although you get some great dishes here and there, overall, they are just not consistent. There is actually a logical reason for that. A restaurant has to hold food, which effects it's quality. They also limit the quality of products they buy to keep the prices as low as possible to stay competitive. We have the luxury that we can buy superior food products and we make it fresh for you and your guests. This also allows us to create custom menus just for you.
